A rich, delicious AeroPress recipe to make using your Baratza Vario W+ grinder.

Ingredients
14g coffee, ground at Vario W+ setting 4M
250g water at 210°F
Directions
Place filter in the AeroPress filter cap, twist cap onto chamber, and place the AeroPress on top of a carafe on a scale.
Drop ground coffee in the AeroPress chamber, and tare the scale.
Start timer. Quickly pour 250g of water on coffee, making sure to saturate all the grounds.
Immediately insert AeroPress plunger into the AeroPress chamber only 1/2inch in to create a vacuum and stop the flow of water dripping while it steeps.
At 2 minutes, gently swirl the AeroPress.
Wait 30 seconds.
Remove AeroPress from scale and plunge gently (the weight of your hand + a little force should be enough) so that all the coffee is strained through in about 30 seconds.
Sip and enjoy!
