A tropical AeroPress recipe that blends smooth coffee with amaretto, gin, pineapple, yuzu, and honey for a refreshing, cocktail-style twist.

Ingredients
23g of Equator Coffee’s Dipsea Espresso blend (pre-ground medium-fine for AeroPress)
90mls of Water
45ml of Disaronno amaretto
30ml of pineapple juice
30ml of gin
25ml of yuzu juice
15ml of honey
Ice
Directions
Brew the Coffee
Measure 23 grams of Equator Blend pre-ground coffee and add it to the AeroPress
Heat 90 mL of water to 205°F (96°C) and pour it over the coffee grounds
Stir aggressively, let the coffee brew for 1 minutes, then slowly press the plunger down over 45 seconds. Set the coffee concentrate aside to cool
Build the Drink
In a cocktail shaker, combine 45ml of Disaronno Amaretto, 30ml of Gin, 30ml of Yuzu Juice, 30ml of Pineapple Juice, 15ml of Honey and dry-shake (no ice) for 15 seconds
Add coffee, ice and shake again until well-chilled
Serve
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass and enjoy
